· You will receive an immediate technical diagnosis and a solution to your problem.

or

· The Nespresso Club will collect your machine at a prearranged time, organize the loan of a new machine and bring back your machine when repaired.

Service available Monday to Friday 7am-8pm
Saturday 9am-5.30pm and Sunday 10am-6.30pm.

Supply Conditions
Free service if your machine is still covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Preferential rates if the machine is no longer under warranty.
