This is the machine for anyone. It is easy to operate, gives a wonderful crema and is beautiful sitting on the counter.

I tried this machine in a retail store and I was hooked. This machine is easy to use, compact for counter space and makes a great cup of espresso. I cannot imagine living without one and do not plan on using my drip coffee machine anytime soon. I was very impressed with all the capsules in the sample pack you receive with your purchase of the machine. Even my wife, who is not a coffee drinker has one every so often. Nespresso has really hit a home run with this machine. The ordering process for new capsules was easy and the delivery was prompt as well.

In the lobby of our hotel in Paris, there was a Nespresso set up for guests to enjoy coffees at all hours. The machine was the compact, sleek Citiz. As soon as I returned home I replaced my old very large very loud machine with this new model which brews excellent coffees.

I received a Citzi with a Aeroccino....last Christmas .....love it...love the coffee selections. All my guests love the coffee....great machine. I plan to purchase one for our cabin in the Arizona White mountains....ahhhhhhhhhh...nothing like the Nespresso.

The greatest thing about the U is the convenience and small foot print. I wasn't sold on the capsules at first but found it is the way to go. I had a fully automated espresso machine which I could make great Latte's with but it was hassle. The grounds would get dispensed in a bin and if you did not clean it out every week the bid would be covered with mold. You also had to decalcify the machine every three months and cleaning the frother wand was a pain. Nespresso takes all the hassle out and delivers a great espresso every time. There is no mess and the Aeroccino milk frother is equally as great. Thanks Nespresso for allowing me to make a hassle free Latte with little clean up.

I was in Barcelona and this machine was in our room. Pretty tricky! When I came home and drank my regular coffee, I couldn't stand it. So I bought this machine and the coffee and I love it!

I love the machine. It has been so much fun trying the different flavors of coffee. It's so easy to use and makes a great cup of coffee.

moved to north carolina from key west,fl. couldn t find a good expresso anywhere in the state! Bought a nespresso machine and feel like i m back in the keys drinking the best expresso in the country !!! Just unbelievable !!! THANKS NESPRESSO
