I LOVE my machine and the best thing is,,,,If I have a question, I call up the Company and get right through to a REAL person. They are knowledgable and always help in a kind gentle way. Best machine I've ever owned!

The best comparison to Maestria for me would be "el Maestro" Roger Federer.
I love them both for the beauty, performance and results.
And I am lucky to have one of them at home... my beautiful red machine!
I leave Roger to Mirka and the twins.

I used the simple machine at a friend's apt. in Paris, but this machine is a dream with the cup setting and automatic everything. Easy, simply to use and clean.

I had previously given the Maestria a poor review. The problems I had been experiencing have been addressed and solved. My Maestria is functioning beautifully, and I would recommend this machine to anyone. More importantly to me however, is how Nespresso addressed the problem. They took a bad customer experience, and turned it around. A for customer service.

Switched from a decade of using Gaggia to Maestria.
Have had the machine for the last two months.
Shots are quality consistent, good crema, perfect every time.
Use a warm cup because of the small amount of water used per shot.

purchased from amazon. first machine did not work. returned to amazon for new one. this one works fine. the espresso comes out quickly but not very hot. i use steamer to het up a bit. lungo works much better.
steamer is really nice.

I purchased this machine two different time from a high end kitchen store, and was totally dissatisfied. Both machines were defective. The first machine would not deliver a consistent, even brew. The second machine would not dispense water to the capsuIe, only to the steam wand. I would not recommend the Maestria.
