I've owned for almost 3 years now and every day it makes a perfect cup. Once this one kicks the bucket, I will absolutely replace it with another.

I first saw the Citiz w/ milk at a demo in a mall. My first thought was t couldn't be THAT simple and also taste good. I tried a cappuccino and was hooked. The woman walked me through just how amazingly simple it was to operate and clean. It's become addictive at home and i love being able to choose the strength of the espresso each time I use the machine. Reorder process couldn't be simpler. They have an app for that! My favorite machine in the kitchen! Bravo.

I stopped going out for coffee and saved time and money. This tastes just like the expensive ones you stop and buy on your way to work. Now you can make it at home, save time and money! I had mine about 4 years and it broke down, so I am buying another. The repair option is too expensive and after a week without it I can't stand it. My whole family enjoys it, and most of my coffee drinking friends purchased one after tasting mine. For those who complain about it not being hot enough, run the first one without a capsule then put one in and enjoy!

What first got both my wife?s and my attention was to see a Nespresso espresso machine in one of our very favorite 4 Star Italian restaurants in Manhattan. Needless to say, how selfish can one be to have the very same enjoyment in the comfort of our own home at anytime has become one of life?s simpleist of pleasures, and the limitless selections of Espresso blends and reasonable cost of both the Espresso machine, and the pods adds to the decadence!

My wife and I are converts from kreuig. We've been eyeing the nespresso brand for sometime but wouldn't dream of paying that for a coffe maker. When Coming home with a new CITIZ/ WITH MILK and enjoying the fresh non bitter cup of wonderfullness the next morning. We were sold and the over all build quality of the machine as well as the durable feel let us know the value was there. No reason to hesitate it's well worth the price.

I have enjoyed Nespresso coffee daily for over a year and a half. This machine has delivered consistently excellent coffee. Far better than Starbucks. I did have an issue with the frother, but Nespresso replaced the device immediately even though the warranty had expired. The customer service has been fast and friendly, and I love my Nespresso machine!
