I would highly recommend this product. Machine itself is well made and solid. It looks great next to all the other stainless steel appliances. I also love the simplicity of use and clean up. I was originally interested in some of the other machines in the market, but was won over after a demonstration at Williams Sonoma. Each capsule offers great flavors and not being restricted to a company's milk pods was a great sell. We use the aeroccino not only for cappuccinos and lattes but for hot chocolate as well. Very pleased with Nespresso. November 12, 2012
