I am surprised to see so many negative reviews of this product. I have had my Aeroccino for about 3-1/2 years and it has worked just fine the whole time... wonderful froth... better than I have ever been able to get from a steam frother. If it does break down at some point, I would absolutely get another one with no hesitation.

I have owned my areoccino for many years(not sure how many at least five) I love it and it works beautifly. Just ordered one for my daughter.

I have been using this simple appliance for almost two years now and it is the best $99 ever spent! It is simple to use, quick, and makes such a difference in the morning coffee. Thanks for such a great product

I would like to thank Nespresso for addressing an issue I had with my Frother.
Their customer service and promped responce with a solution is nothing short of amazing.

I am Linda C and posted a review on August 27, 2012, in regards to my machine no longer working. The very next day Nespresso called me and apologized for the machine not working and told me that they were one hundred percent behind customer satisfaction. I should have called customer service to begin with but I thought it would not be worth the phone call and I WAS ABSOLUTELY WRONG!! Today I received a new machine. I have been a Nespresso customer for more than 10 years and absolutely love their coffee and products, I can assure you the next time I have a problem I will pick up the telephone and make that phone call first. This is why I have to retract my previous review and give this a five star rating.

Fast and perfect form for a cap! We had a real machine that didn't do as well. Highly recommend this product
