This is my second machine and I love it! While I still have my Essenza and Aeroccino, I needed a machine that would allow me to make several drinks in a row without pausing to wash a frother. Once you get your volumes set (if you don't want to use factory defaults) it's so easy...just push a button. The cleaning is very easy too. It's compact and fits on my counter nicely. Definately worth the cost.

I had bought another brand and was not happy when I came across the Nespresso. It was love at first taste. A great selection of flavors for every taste and no more steaming milk all over the place. I love the frother. Nice style and compact design fits in a small place.

I recently discovered this company two ways, through my work and at my brother's home. After playing with my brother's Citiz machine, I immediately came home and bought my Latissima Plus. I love the coffee, I love the service, I love everything about the whole system! Brilliant!!

I received a Latissama Plus for my birthday. I was amazed at how easy it was to use right out of the box. I used to reserve homemade lattes and cappuccinos for the weekend when I had time to deal with the mess. Now I can have one every day. No more morning drive through lines on the way to work!
Regarding the temperature, I was at first disappointed that the drinks were not hotter. After I sat down and tried a few drinks, I realized I can actually taste the flavors better when the drinks are not screaming hot.
As far as the ordering process goes, nothing could be easier. I really appreciate that the grand crus can be ordered in sleeves of 10 - that way I do not have to commit to just one flavor. Lots of cool accessories to choose from too!
Finally, my dear husband ordered the starter pack and I am really enjoying trying the different varieties. Instead of being stuck with one variety for both straight espresso and milk drinks, I can choose my favorite for each!

Bought the Nespresso Lattisima Plus,we love it. The coffee definitely has a much better flavor than any other machine we've had, and many to choose from. You do need to read through the directions to understand all the capabilities of customizing your coffee, if you want. But I love the fact that it's not just a one facet machine. On the other hand, you can simiply use all the presets and just push a button, very easy! Even made an iced drink by using the espresso, pour over ice and added skim milk. Perfect!

Coffee is extremely flavorful. Incredible to think it comes out of a capsule.
I cannot understand why anyone would buy a K-System where the unit coffee price is almost twice as much and the flavor is mediocre.
Also cannot understand the reviewer who couldn't work out how the machine worked. It's a one button procedure!

I cannot wait to have my first cappuccino of the day! I am loving trying all of the different types of coffees that I received in my first order starter kit. I feel that I have my own little coffee shop right on my kitchen island. The tasting box is a really beautiful way to showcase the capsules and it looks very professional. My husband was not a coffee drinker, but he really enjoys his latte now........just ordered the new flavors and I can't wait to try them!

As an early adopter of Nespresso, I've watched the system concept evolve from "Why don't we make espresso easier by putting the coffee in a capsule?" to "If you had espresso coffee in a capsule, what machine would you build around it?" The latest generation of machines is far removed from the original espresso machine with a capsule in it, to a system designed around the capsule concept. Everything works, everything is there for a purpose - to make great espresso easily. I like it.
